| Climate Smart reviews participants’ inventories for adherence to the standards of the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard and its principles of transparency, relevance, accuracy, consistency and completeness.
Participation in the Climate Smart program ensures The Personnel Department 1) completed a greenhouse gas emissions inventory according to the best practice taught in the Climate Smart workshops and worked with the Climate Smart team during the inventory review process until the inventory was finalized and 2) submitted a list of reduction strategies to be pursued over the coming year. |
